Overcome Anxiety

For years, I chased every answer I could find — medication, prayer, exercise, diet — yet the panic, racing thoughts, and constant fear never left. I didn’t feel safe anywhere, even in calm places.

The reason is simple—fear describes real things. This is not just a feeling like we expereince in movies this can come from dizzy spells, intrusive thoughts, insomnia, stomach pain, self doubt, panic attacks, breathless ness, heart palps, and health concerns.  No amount of singing, meditation, dieting, physical training, or even prayer will calm you if you truly believe there’s a bear standing just outside your tent. So in this way these emotions, physical sensations needed to be handled accordinly.

I believe resolving fear comes down to two things "will I suffer" and "will I be loved". So its through wisdom and idenity that I believe we fix the anxious mind. You cannot use "false positivity" to resolve your fear as the only positive is to remove the "danger" or "to know your loved".  This is not a fluffy emotional thing, its tangable and real in a way that helps resolve anxious moments.

If all of this effort only reaches you, then it has all been worth it to me.  I hope in some way I help you see the potential you hold in your life.

So whether you’re a creative, a business owner, someone struggling with anxiety, or simply curious to join the journey—I’m deeply grateful you’re here.
